A few km from Esterzili, in Barbagia di Seulo we meet the largest temple, a nuragic "megaron" known so far.

The sanctuary was built in the recent Bronze Age, at the end of the 13th century. AVANTI CHRIST and if he survived in a pre-existing nuragic village that occupies the vast insularity of Mount Cuccureddì. Some huts of the oldest inhabited area were incorporated into the wall structures of the enclosure.

The temple building is built with roughly cut blocks of schist arranged in rather regular horizontal rows.

It has an elongated rectangular shape 22.50 x 7.79 m.
