Intense ruby red, almost impenetrable, with an excellent consistency in the glass to the nose, it releases a fine and intense bouquet of ripe fruit , with predominant notes of black cherry and plum, which fade towards the end towards spicy and cherry hints in alcohol
A dry red , with a silky and extremely warm tannic texture , with good acidity and a sapid tip in the finish
Our advice is to taste it in accompaniment to juicy red meats, perhaps with an important cut such as a fillet or a grilled rib steak with a side dish of baked potatoes
