Wine: BÀCCO
Wine cellar: Siddùra

Denominazione:
I.G.T. Isola dei Nuraghi

Coming from the most suitable area of Sardinia for this variety, the Cagnulari of the Siddùra winery is called Bàcco, like the God of Wine, and is a red dedicated to those who want to be satisfied by a rare and particular wine like few others

After a manual harvest between late September and early October, the must-flower is obtained with a soft pressing, the vinification process continues with maceration and subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats, for a period ranging from 15 to 18 days

The wine ages on noble lees in steel tanks and barrels of 10 hl capacity, which complete the evolutionary cycle

Refinement takes place in the bottle for at least 2 months before being put on the market

Bàcco is a very intense ruby red color, impenetrable, almost purplishComplex perfumes, characterized by an intriguing finesse and enveloping notes of morello cherry, raspberry and musk

In the mouth it is complete, rich in fruit, with good persistence; the excellent gustatory harmony and the pleasant freshness make this Cagnulari very intriguing

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 ° C

Bàcco from Siddùra winery goes well with cold cuts, first courses with ragout or mushroom sauce, grilled or stewed meat, medium or long-aged cheeses
