The Fiori family boasts a rich legacy spanning three generations, deeply rooted in the winemaking customs of Usini, a renowned wine region in Logudoro. Led by Francesco Fiori, they manage six hectares of stunning land in Sas Luzzanas, Serra Juales, and Serra Aspridda. Their approach blends cutting-edge innovation with a profound reverence for their cultural heritage.
Nestled on clayey and limestone-rich soils, the vineyards in Usini sprawl across rolling hills adorned with vines averaging 35 years old. Embracing a Latin-inspired bush system, Vermentino shines as the leading white grape variety, while Cagnulari enhances their red wine selection.
In addition to Vermentino and Cagnulari, the Fiori family cultivates an array of indigenous grape varieties like Cannonadu, Pascale, Muristellu, and Nieddu Mannu. Through meticulous vinification techniques and handpicked Cagnulari grapes, they craft exceptional table wines perfect for bulk procurement.
With an unwavering dedication to quality, only the finest Vermentino and Cagnulari grapes are chosen to create wines of unmatched excellence. Their journey began in 2003 with an initial production of around 3,000 bottles; today they proudly produce approximately 15,000 bottles annually.
