The two inhabited centers of Trinità d'Agultu and Vignola form a single municipality of about two thousand inhabitants on the north coast of Sardinia in Gallura
The center of Trinità d'Agultu dominates the coast from its 350 meters high, in the center of the village you can visit the church of the Holy Trinity which houses the statues of Saints Barbara and Orsola, coming from the ruins of two medieval churches
In the surrounding countryside, you can find various solitary sanctuaries: Sant'Antonio, San Pietro martire, San Giovanni, San Giuseppe, San Michele arcangelo and Santa Maria di Vignola which is located in the inhabited center of Vignola
In the area, as in the whole of Gallura, you can find cellars of excellent Vermentini
Vignola is made up of the hamlet of Lu Colbu and the seaside village of Costa Paradiso, a granite landscape covered with Mediterranean scrub and dotted with paradisiacal coves
A few kilometers away you can visit the La Conca di li Fati, a very rare case of domu de Janas in Gallura
