The vineyards are all located in the countryside of Usini, planted in a hilly position on clay and limestone soils, they have an average age of 35 years
The vines are grown with a Latin saplingThe predominant vine with white berry is the Vermentino, while the red berry is the Cagnulari
Other typical black grapes present are Cannonadu, Pascale, Muristellu and Nieddu Mannu, which, when assembled in a part of Cagnulari, are vinified for the production of table wine for sale in bulk.
From a careful selection of Vermentino and Cagnulari grapes, the wine destined for bottling is produced
