The first-pressed vermentino maintains a bright straw color with subtle greenish reflections, exuding a rich bouquet with hints of yellow fruit and citrus. Best enjoyed chilled, it makes for an ideal aperitif and pairs well with delicious appetizers, shellfish, fish, and white meats.
