Passed down through generations, the warm Mediterranean climate and the generous prized lands allow for the production of excellent grapes expertly selected and hand-harvested. Through gentle pressing, a delicate flower must is obtained and fermented at a controlled temperature to enhance its natural aromas.

The first-pressed vermentino maintains a bright straw color with subtle greenish reflections, exuding a rich bouquet with hints of yellow fruit and citrus. Best enjoyed chilled, it makes for an ideal aperitif and pairs well with delicious appetizers, shellfish, fish, and white meats.
