Located in the vineyard facing the Gulf of Bosa, exposed to the mistral, it is made of stainless steel materials and equipment
The presses are pneumatic, to safeguard the integrity of the grapes and the wine vessels are all heat-controlled, so as not to disperse the aromas during fermentation
The musts are cleaned by static settling before fermentation begins, this takes place by means of selected yeasts, which remain in the wine for four months after the end of the fermentation
The wines are kept at controlled temperature until bottling
The ready-to-eat wines are kept in steel containers, while the reserves refine in wooden barrels
